Today, we are going to talk about five marketing secrets to help you start scaling grow your successful businesses, whatever your product is, most people are afraid of marketing don’t understand marketing, maybe you’ve been trying to post on all the different social media platforms, you’ve got funnels, you’ve got lead magnets, you’ve got different software’s, there’s different types of automations, and click bait, and you’re just so confused, you don’t know what to do.

Marketing is about keeping it simple and being authentic. What is marketing marketing is getting your message out there and building a relationship with people, where people then come to your shop, front window, whatever that looks like online, or in a shop or in person and then they buy your stuff. Marketing is about getting to know, like, and trust people, actually people getting to know like and trust you. And we know that there’s a lot of noise out there.

So I’ve got five great tips for you.

Number one, understand who your target market is, who is your ideal avatar. So write down
all of the people that you would like to do business with? Who are they? What’s their age, what’s their demographic, what type of individual are they be very, very, super clear, who would be your ideal customer. The more niche, the more narrow you can make it, the better your business will be so many people, they try and be all things to all people, and it gets very, very overwhelming.

Number two, once you know your avatar, you then need to create a list of the pain points that that avatar is currently going through. So what are the things that is happening in their life right now? Which they do not? Like? Are they going through lack of money, lack of confidence, lack of focus? Are they working too many hours? What are all of the things in their life that they are dissatisfied with? Write a list? Do it and then what are the gain points? What would they like to achieve in life, so you’ve got the pain, and you’ve got the game, the gain is opposite to the pain.

Once you have that, number three is that you can then create a hook a message that is going to talk to that avatar, how to start scaling grow a high cash flowing property portfolio in less than 90 days. So you can sack the boss and reduce your hours in the business that may be one of my hooks, when I’m talking to people wanting to get into property and there are many different hooks that you can use that are sexy, appealing, exciting. So when your avatar looks at that landing page or looks at that lead magnet or whatever advertising you are doing, they know this is the right page for me.

Once you’ve got the right hook, and you know the message that you want to put out there, then you’ve got to go to the market and lead with value. This is so important. Have you ever been in a position where you’re on LinkedIn, or some social media platform and then someone who’s just you’ve just accepted their friend requests, and then they just said trying to sell your stuff? Hate. There’s no nothing wrong with selling stuff as long as you lead with value first. So I always look to build relationships first lead with value. So something that you can do is that you can create a free download a lead magnet, a eBook which showcases you it shows people your demonstration of power. You say Hey, this is who I am. This is what I do. This is how I help people. This is what we do as an organisation and when someone then downloads your lead magnet, you can put them into a nurture sequence, know, like and trust you, you can send them videos, you can send them blogs, perhaps you’re going to get a podcast up and running. But through a number of different touch points, you will be building a relationship with your potential avatar, using the pain and gain points and giving them exceptional value.

You need to understand your avatar, who you are talking to, you then got to understand their pain and gain points. Where are they now, wherever they going, you then need to create hooks and messages, that’s going to talk to that particular avatar, then you can go and create a lead magnet and put that out there across social media channels organically or paid and you can start building a database having people come in, but there’s no point just having them on the database, you would then put them into a nurture sequence know like and trust you over a period of weeks, months, hey, there’s some people in my database right now. I’ve been nurturing for years. I had people buy products last weekend that have been on my database for over three years. And they say, when the student is ready, the master show appear. As much as I want to buy people buy my product all the time, it takes time. The last thing is to make sure that you have an amazing product where people are absolutely crazy not to invest in you.
