In this video, we are going to look at how you can smash your limiting beliefs. So many people have limiting beliefs and you have a monkey on the shoulder. And it is very, very, very loud. Some of your limiting beliefs may be I’m not very confident, I’m not good enough. I don’t trust people. People don’t trust me, I’m not great at negotiation. I don’t know how to get my message out there. What if people troll me on social media, all of this stuff can go on and on and on and on and on. And it keeps people stuck in the rat race, not doing what you want. When you want with who you want, and you feel unfulfilled, you feel stuck, you know that you want more, but you don’t know how to get it because of the story that you’re telling yourself on a daily basis. Let me give you some good news. It doesn’t matter who you are, where you’re from what you do, you can have an exceptional life, you can start over right now, right here and make a decision rather than choosing fear. Choose success. You can’t have both. Is it fear? Or is it success and perhaps today is the day that you step from fear into success. And you start changing what you are telling yourself.
Let me share with you now some things that I really believe are gonna help you with limiting beliefs, help you have more confidence, make you be more powerful, get you more drill down to exactly where you want to go. So hey, I do this pretty much on a daily basis. It really helped me level up. I’m in property, I’m in business, I’ve done over 28 million pounds worth of property deals in just the last seven years. And today, I own the UK is leaving property business and wealth training organization.
So let’s take a look at these. Let’s take a look at number one. Perhaps your diet right now is off points. When you start to eat better, you will start to feel better. You are what you eat. Now I’m not saying go and change your entire diet overnight. But start eating healthier foods start eating a more balanced diet, start reducing those calories. So eating well is really important.
Number two, exercise. Yes, I invest around 1000 pounds a month in a personal trainer and a nutritionist. My nutritionist does me my eating plan. And my trainer besides me in the gym. No, I’m not saying you have to go get a trainer. However, some form of daily exercise, start with three days a week, 1015 minute days, you can get exercise programs on YouTube, you can do hit workouts, you can do stomach workouts, you can go for a 30 minute walk, it’s really not that difficult. When you start to exercise, it sets off the endorphins, you’re going to have more energy, you’re going to be more confident, you’re going to look better, you’re going to feel better. And this then starts to have a positive impact on every area of your life.
Number three, do daily meditation. Start with five or seven or 10 minutes. You can do silent meditation. You can do guided meditation, there’s meditation apps, there’s an app called calms a fantastic app that you can use, you can get things on YouTube. And again, when you get into the practice of meditation, you will feel stronger, you will have more clarity, you will have more focus.
Number four, gratitude list. You can do this in the morning when you wake or you can do this when you go to bed and you can have a gratitude rather than a gratitude bath. You can have a gratitude list where you are writing down at the end of each day. All of the things that you are grateful for. All of a sudden, you will be looking at glass half full rather than glass half empty.
Number five I have a daily plan of attack and use a diary system, what goes in the diary will definitely get done. So a daily plan of attack, and really focusing on high income generating tasks. Maybe right now, you aren’t doing 10 pound an hour tasks, where you should be doing 500 or 1000 pounds. So how do you do that you leverage you outsource you build teams. But just by having a daily plan, knowing what you’re doing, when you’re doing it, who you’re doing it with, and really being conscious of every 1530 minute one hour segments in your day, this will make you a lot more effective.
Number six, have great mentors. I was in a position. Eight years ago, I’d lost my businesses, I was bummed out the limiting beliefs were really really, you know, they were just insane what I was going through, and it was actually investing in my education getting around great mentors, they really got to see a different side to me, they really believed in me. I love having mentors. I love being a mentor to people just like you today. And this leads me on to the last point, which is have a mastermind group, you know, be in a mastermind group of like minded people that are going to help you break through these limiting beliefs. And the reality is, you can’t do this on your own. If you could, you would be there already. And me personally, I burned through drug addiction. I’ve been through depression. I’ve been through losing businesses, lost my life savings, made bad investment decisions, build a property portfolio overseas, lost 2 million euros, had great businesses had unsuccessful businesses. But you know what keeps me in the game is what you keep telling yourself up here. And it is absolutely key. If you want to break through. If you want to go to that next level, you have to start telling yourself a different story. And when you implement the things I’ve just shared with you, a new diet and exercise plan, meditation, gratitude list, a daily plan of attack, you are in touch with a great mentor and you are in a mastermind group. When you implement that stuff. I promise you, it will start to happen.
